Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of notionbackups.com (the "Service" or the "website") operated by Forty Two Technologies, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users, regardless of location. Users outside the United States are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

Your account and data

Account Creation. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your login credentials confidential.

Content Ownership. We don't claim ownership over any content you provide to our service. All materials you submit remain yours.

Data Use. We use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data.

Data Retention. We retain data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you delete your account, we will immediately delete all data associated with your account from our active systems, though it may take up to 90 days for this data to be completely purged from our backup systems.

Payments

If you sign up for a paid account:

  • You agree to pay the fees for selected services
  • Sometimes, we change the pricing structure for the Service. We tend to exempt existing customers from those changes; however, we may choose to change the prices for existing customers. If we do so, we will give at least 30 days' notice and will notify you via the email address on record.

Service modifications

We may modify our services at any time, with or without notice. We'll do our best to notify you of significant changes.

Acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our Services. You agree not to:

  1. Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
  3. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  4. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services

    4. the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations
