Audit Logs

Customers subscribed to Pro plans can view a detailed log of activity on their accounts. Audit logs help you monitor what's happening across your account for security and compliance purposes.


What's tracked

Audit logs record the following types of events:

Account activity

  • Logins and logouts
  • Password changes and reset requests
  • Two-factor authentication enabled or disabled

Team changes

  • New account signups
  • Team member invitations sent, accepted, or cancelled
  • Team members removed

Workspace events

  • Workspaces connected, reauthorized, or disconnected
  • Initial workspace connections show whether the workspace was connected with read-write or read-only access
  • Workspace settings updated

Backup activity

  • Backups created or deleted
  • Backups automatically deleted by rotation schedule
  • Restores initiated, completed, or failed
  • Restore entries show whether a restore was made to workspace root or under a restore page, and show source to destination when restoring across workspaces

Google Sheets syncs

  • Google Sheets syncs created, updated, or deleted
  • Manual syncs started
  • Sync entries identify the selected Notion data source and whether the sync is one-way or two-way

Storage providers

  • Storage providers connected, updated, or disconnected

Subscription changes

  • Subscription created or plan changed

Accessing audit logs

Audit logs are available from your profile menu under "Audit Logs". Only account admins can view audit logs.

Retention

Audit logs are retained for 90 days. Older entries are automatically deleted.
